Abstract
This Decree states that Scientific and Technical Council shall be established, with the participation of National Academy of Science, Ministry of Agriculture, Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources, State Committee for Standardization, Metrology and Patents. Furthermore, Institute of Genetic Resources shall be determined as the national coordinator. This Decree sets forth terms and conditions of export of genetically modified traditional plants and samples of their genetic reserves. The main aim of export is to protect genetic reserve of cultivated plants by duplicating national collection in international Gene Banks.
