Abstract
By this Decree, number and composition of members of the Collegium are approved by the Council of Ministers. This Decree states that the Collegium under the State Committee on Family, Women and Children’s Affairs shall be composed of 11 members. The President of the State Committee on Family, Women and Children’s Affairs shall chair the Collegium.
