Abstract
The State Committee for Family, Women and Children’s Issues is a central executive power body implementing and regulating the state policy on family, women and children’s issues. The Charter of the State Committee sets forth provisions on areas of activity, responsibilities, rights and structure of the Committee. Main responsibility of the Committee is to ensure human and civil rights and freedoms, particularly those of women and children and prevent violation of these rights within its authority.
