Abstract
This Ministerial Decree amends the Resolution No. 14 of the Cabinet of Ministers “On approval of some normative legal acts in the area of phytosanitary control by making minor changes in several different articles. The Decree changes the word ‘inspectors’ into ‘control service’ in paragraphs 1, 7, 8 and 9 of the original Resolution. The Decree also Changes the word ‘inspectors’ into ‘control service’ in paragraph 6 of the Chapter on the procedure for the placement and operation of phytosanitary control stations.
