Resolution No. 14 of the Cabinet of Ministers “On approval of some normative legal acts in the area of phytosanitary control”.

This Resolution establishes plenary powers of phytosanitary inspectors as regards inspection of territory and facilities under quarantine and drawing up reports subject to mandatory execution in the following spheres of competence: (a) phytosanitary expertise and diagnostics in relation to territory and facilities under quarantine; (b) disinfection; (c) storage, confiscation and destruction of hazardous (infected) plants and products of plant origin; and (d) confiscation and destruction of pesticides not complying with the established requirements and standards. Annex 1 contains the form of phytosanitary inspector’s report.
