Ministerial Decree No. 291 on approval of determination of danger arising from genetically modified plants across the country.

This Decree states that, an Expert Council specialized on genetically modified plants shall be established under the Scientific and Technical Council, in order to determine research studies on and dangers arising from genetically modified plants and to give relevant advices. This Decree sets forth provisions on determining dangers arising from genetically modified plants across the country and activities of research group regarding dangers arising from planting genetically modified plants in cultivated areas.
