Abstract
The State Commission shall be established with the purpose of efficient use and protection of water resources of transboundary river Samur. The Commission shall be composed of 8 members and the Deputy Chairman of the Azerbaijan Amelioration and Water Management Open Joint Stock Company shall chair the Commission.
