Ministerial Decree No. 38 approving the Rules for the application of international, regional, interstate and foreign standards in Azerbaijan.

The application of international standards in Azerbaijan shall be carried out on the basis of their adoption as a state standard by the decision of the national standardization body, taking into account the interests of the national economy of the country. This Decree lays down the grounds for adoption of an international standard as a state standard and the processes of application, adoption or rejection of the application.
