Abstract
This Decree makes changes in “certificate of compliance” section by changing “certifying authority” as “conformity assessment authority”, as well as in “certificate of compliance to foodstuffs” section by changing “certifying authority for accredited foodstuffs” as “authorities prescribed by the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan on accreditation in the field of conformity assessment” and by changing “certifying authority” as “conformity assessment authority”. Moreover it makes changes regarding registration of certificate of compliance.
