Ministerial Decree No. 445 on measures to stabilize food supply.

This Decree states that, certification of the sold products of Special Fund of Export, shall be issued by the Council of Ministers and the certification of all business for procedures and principals of free trade and the interchange of food shall be issued by the Ministry of Foreign Economic Affairs (Article 2). This Decree sets forth the procedures and principals of the international trade of food and relevant goods, in accordance with the international agreements, with the instruction of the Council of Ministers (Article 4). The implementation of this Decree will be monitored by the Payment, Agro-industry, Inter-regional and Foreign Economic Affairs, under the Council of Ministers (Article 6).
