Abstract
This Decree amends Article 2, as “certification of purchase of food by interchange or sold products of Special Fund of Export shall be issued by the Ministry of Foreign Economic Affairs, with the consent of the Council of Ministers and the currency shall be issued by the Council of Ministers.”
