Abstract
This Decree makes several changes by adding several sentences in Article 2, regarding certification. It is stated that “certificate of compliance for foodstuffs imported to Azerbaijan will be valid until the expire date of foodstuffs” shall be added. In addition, the Decree adds sentences regarding the procedures of payment of hygiene certificates, veterinary certificates and certificate of compliance for foodstuffs.
