Ministerial Decree No. 526 on the approval of the Regulation on the control over greenery for protection purpose.

The Regulation determines the mechanism for the implementation of control over greenery for protection purpose in the territory of the republic, with the exception of greenery located on forests and protected areas, as well as greenery consisting of plants used for the production of agricultural products. The purpose of control over greenery is to observe changes in the condition of greenery, take preventive measures in this area and ensure the fulfillment of relevant agrotechnical and other requirements for eliminating situations that may result in the destruction of greenery, and ensure compliance with the requirements of the Law on conservation of greenery by central executive authorities on lands in their competence area, and by local executive authorities, municipalities, individuals and legal entities on other lands.
