Ministerial Decree No. 59 approving the Regulation on state registration of harmful and potentially hazardous substances.

This Decree approves the Regulation on state registration of harmful and potentially hazardous substances (annexed). The purpose of the Regulation is to ensure protection of human health and the environment. The Regulation lays down rules on the registration of hazardous substances and substances which are potentially hazardous and that pose or may pose a threat to human health and the environment during their production, use and storage. The Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources, together with the Ministry of Health, shall prepare and approve a list of state-registered hazardous substances, as well as substances potentially hazardous to human health and the environment.
