Abstract
This Decree sets provisions on analysis, storage, updating, registration and implementation of environmental information. This Decree states that after analysing environmental reports shall be prepared daily, monthly, quarterly, semi-annual or annual, depending on the importance and type of the information. Lists of environmental information shall be stored in the unique registry. The authorized state agencies and local governing bodies shall update electronic databank with new information periodically. Registry of environmental information shall include information regarding monitoring of natural resources, environmental pollution, protected areas and environmental protection.
