Abstract
The present Law regulates relations originating from timely reception from state executive bodies and local self-government, as well as from officials of complete and reliable information on the state of environment and use of natural resources. The document consists of 13 Articles Art. 1 introduces the main concepts. Article 2 regards legislation of access to environmental information. Article 3 classifies the types of environmental information. Article 4 regards the right to have access to environmental information. Article 5 establishes guarantees for access to environmental information. Article 6 determines the tasks of state institutions as regards concession of environmental information. Article 7 specifies the grounds for the refusal of the concession of environmental information. Article 8 regards forwarding addresses and requests for access to environmental information. Article 9 regards examination of addresses and requests for access to environmental information. Article 10 regards decision-making as regards addresses and requests for access to environmental information. Article 11 regards authorization for the use of environmental information and protection of the right of access to it. Article 12 establishes liability for illegal restriction of access to environmental information. Article 13 regards international activity in the sphere of access to environmental information.
