Ministerial Decree No. 82 on rules on using water bodies for the purposes of fishing and hunting.

Rules for the use of water bodies for the purposes of fishing and hunting shall be in accordance with the Water Code. This Decree states that water basin in which waterfowls and valuable fur-bearing animals inhabited may be used for fishing and hunting farms. This Decree aims at a) breeding, reproduction, use and production of waterfowls, fur-bearing animals, fish and other aquatic biological resources which are included in hunting, b) supply of water to water reservoirs and water bodies in which waterfowls and valuable fur-bearing animals inhabited, c) taking measures for fishery melioration, d) checking vessels, boats and other sailing vehicles, e) building hydro-technical facilities in coastal zone intended for the needs of fishing and hunting farms, and f) release of water used in fish processing enterprises, fish pond and in industries into water bodies. All fishing and hunting farms must comply with sanitary, environmental, hydro-technical and meteorological standards, norms and regulations, rules for protection of fish and other aquatic biological resources, rules and agreements for water use, and accounting rules for state water resources. Illegal hunting of fish and other aquatic biological resources, discharge of untreated wastewater, disposal of industrial, domestic and other wastes, drainage of wetlands, to install fences in rivers, river branches and channels and to impede water stream, to release water from lakes and ports, contamination and deterioration shall be prohibited.
