Ministerial Decree No. 93 on upgrading environmental information through public communication instruments.

This Decree aims at ensuring the rights of users to have access to environmental information for capacity building in the environmental field by upgrading information in electronic databank through public communication instruments. This Decree states that authorized state agencies and local governing bodies shall ensure expansion, enrichment and innovation of available information by updating electronic databank with new information at least once in every year. Furthermore, the national environmental reports shall be drafted by the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources and updated at least once in every three years through mass media and electronic communication instruments.
