Abstract
This Decree, made by the President, amends Paragraph 9 of Article 1 as “In the first Paragraph of Article 20 of Law No. 759-IG on foodstuffs, relevant public executive authorities are foreseen. In the first case, the authority shall be given to Ministry of Economic Development and in the second case, to the Council of Ministers.
