Abstract

This Decree sets forth the procedures of relevant executive authorities regarding certification. Hygienic certificate will be issued by the Ministry of Health, phytosanitary certificate and veterinary certificate will be issued by the Ministry of Agriculture, certificate of compliance will be issued by Azerbaijan Committee of Standardization, Metrology and Patents and quality certificate for exported foodstuffs to European Union will be issued by the Ministry of Economy and Industry.
