Abstract
This Decree lays down rules relating to the formation of the fund; implementation of pilot projects, granting of subsidies and grants; issuance and repayment of concessional loans; and expertise, evaluation and monitoring of projects. The list of energy resources whose sale is intended to be transferred to the energy efficiency fund and the amount of transferred funds are set out in the Annex to this Decree.
