Abstract
This Decree determines rules on state control in the field of electric and thermal energy and gas supply with the purpose of further increasing the quality and accessibility of services provided to consumers; supplying electricity and heat and gas in a reliable, uninterrupted, high-quality and safe manner; ensuring compliance with the requirements of legal acts regulating the relevant field; and preventing and eliminating violations. It lays down provisions on the administration of control in the field of electricity, heat energy and gas supply.
