Abstract
This Decree determines rules on state control in the field of efficient use of energy resources and energy efficiency for ensuring compliance with the requirements of legal acts regulating the relevant field; preventing and eliminating violations; and implementing measures provided for in paragraphs 2.2 and 3.2 of the Presidential Decree on state control in the field of electric and thermal energy and gas supply. State control shall be conducted over the production, storage, transmission, transportation, distribution, sale and consumption of energy. This Decree lays down rules on monitoring and officialization of the results of control measures.
