Presidential Decree No. 2340 approving the Charter of the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences.

This Decree approves the Charter of the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences which is a state higher scientific organization responsible for ensuring the development of science and implementing state policy in the field of science. The Academy shall ensure the organization and development of scientific research carried out in accordance with national priorities and development strategy for the socio-economic development of Azerbaijan.
