Abstract
This Decree provides for administrative provisions regarding the implementation of the Veterinary Act. The Decree states that other public institutions such as the Ministry of Agriculture, Ministry of Environment and Natural Resources of Azerbaijan, the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Ministry of Internal Affairs may perform the authorities defined in the Article 15 of the Veterinary Act. The Decree further sets forth that the executive authorities for the implementation of the Act are the Ministry of Environment and Natural Resources of Azerbaijan Republic Ministry of Emergency Situations, Ministry of Health and the State Veterinary Service of the Ministry of Agriculture.
