Abstract
This Decree hereby approves the Regulations on the Electronic Agriculture Information System (EKTIS) and determines the legal, organizational and technological foundations of EKTIS as well as the activities of its subsystems. The Ministry of Agriculture shall be responsible for the organization, management and improvement of the activities of the EKTIS, which was formed to ensure transparency and accountability in state support of the agricultural sector. EKTIS provides services in the field of agriculture and, for this purpose, automates the creation, collection, processing, storage and search of information.
