Presidential Decree regarding implementation of the Law on safety of waterworks.

The Plenary powers of the respective organ of executive power envisaged by the articles 3.3, 5.2, 6.2, 6.4, 9.3, 10.1, 11.1 and 12.2 of the Law on safety of waterworks must be carried out by the Cabinet of Ministers; the plenary powers of the organ of executive power envisaged by the article 8.1.6 must be carried out jointly within their sphere of competence by the Ministry of Fuel and Energy, by the State Directorate of Fire Safety, by the Committee of Land Reclamation and Water Economy attached to the Cabinet of Ministers, by the State Committee of Supervision over Safety in Industry and Mining, and city (district) organs of executive power; the plenary powers of the organ of executive power envisaged by the article 8.1.8 must be carried out jointly within their sphere of competence by the Ministry of Fuel and Energy, by the Committee of Land Reclamation and Water Economy attached to the Cabinet of Ministers, by the State Committee of Construction and Architecture, and city (district) organs of executive power; plenary powers of the organ of executive power envisaged by the article 9.4 and 10.3 must be carried out jointly within their sphere of competence by the Ministry of Fuel and Energy, by the Committee of Land Reclamation and Water Economy attached to the Cabinet of Ministers, by the State Committee of Supervision over Safety in Industry and Mining; plenary powers of the organ of executive power envisaged by the article 13.1, 14.2, 14.3 and 14.4 must be carried out jointly within their sphere of competence by the Ministry of Fuel and Energy, by the Committee of Land Reclamation and Water Economy attached to the Cabinet of Ministers, by the State Committee of Supervision over Safety in Industry and Mining.
