Resolution No. 16-Q of the Ministry of Agriculture approving the Charter of the provincial administration of agriculture.

This Decree states that the provincial administration of agriculture under the Ministry of Agriculture shall a) ensure the implementation of the agricultural policies, b) assist regarding development of innovative methods, new techniques and technologies in order to ensure sustainable development in crop and livestock sectors, c) assist regarding establishment and reestablishment of enterprises for agricultural production and processing, d) take measures on soil fertility of agricultural land in cities, e) give state support to domestic agricultural producers, f) cooperate with central executive authorities, g) provide service on agro-chemistry and consultancy to agricultural producers and processors and h) coordinate the activities of local authorities under the Ministry of Agriculture. This Decree sets forth provisions on organization, duties and responsibilities of the provincial administration of agriculture under the Ministry of Agriculture.
