Abstract
This Decree states that the Ministry of Agriculture is the central executive body aims at agricultural development. The Ministry of Agriculture shall carry out normative, legal and economic arrangements and shall develop and implement state policy in the agrarian sector by focusing on development of production and processing of agricultural products, provision of information to agricultural producers, plant protection and quarantine, veterinary and efficient use of soil. This Decree sets forth provisions on duties, responsibilities and structure of the Ministry of Agriculture.
