Abstract
This Decree defines the State Seed Fund under the Ministry of Agriculture as a state institution regulating issues related to equipping agricultural producers with high-yielding crop varieties, meeting the need for seed in the affected areas by natural disasters and overcoming shortage and price increase of seed in the domestic market. This Decree sets forth provisions on areas of activity, duties and responsibilities, financing and structure of the State Seed Fund.
