Resolution of the State Amelioration and Water Management Committee on certification of amelioration and irrigation systems.

This Decree aims at (i) registering amelioration and irrigation systems, as well as hydraulic structures, (ii) indicating the existing situation of amelioration and irrigation systems, as well as hydraulic structures, (iii) taking measures for restoration and reconstruction of amelioration and irrigation systems, as well as hydraulic structures, (iv) showing the changes in the systems and in the hydraulic structures annually. This Decree states that the certification system shall be carried out as the basic certification and as the current certification. This Decree specifies the technical documents for certification and sets out provisions on issuance of certificate.
