Strategic Road Map for the national economy.

The Strategic Road Map for the national economy that has been approved by the Presidential Decree No. 1138, will be used as a guidance during the preparation of strategic plans, state programs, development concepts, strategies, action plans for the development of national economy. The strategic goals of this guidance are (I) strengthening fiscal stability and adopting sustainable monetary policy, (II) implementing reforms related to privatization and state-owned enterprises, (III) developing human capital, and (III) developing favourable business environment. In order to ensure the development of human capital, the quality of education will be improved at all levels through innovative training methods and technologies.
