Decision on adoption of the Programme for spending funds with criteria for distribution of funds "Subsidies to private companies and entrepreneurs - Incentive for agriculture" determined by the Budget of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina for 2021 to the Federal Ministry of Agriculture, Water Management and Forestry.

This Decision adopts the Programme for spending funds with criteria for distribution of funds "Subsidies to private companies and entrepreneurs - Incentive for agriculture" determined by the Budget of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina for 2021, and aimed for the Federal Ministry of Agriculture, Water Management and Forestry. The purpose of this Support Programme is to continue to support priority measures within the available budget, to ensure continuous payment of production incentives and payments within structural policy measure for 2021. Direct support, as well as structural measures, both have the aim to ensure a long-term sustainability of agricultural holdings that perform agricultural activity in plant and animal production. The Programme will implement priority measures of financial support according to the model of production incentives and part of measures and structural policies that should contribute to achieve the following goals: a) improvement of agricultural production and increase the extent of agricultural land use with the aim strengthening competitiveness at home and abroad market; b) increasing the supply of domestic agricultural products while improving the quality of health and hygiene correctness of the product in accordance with consumer requirements; c) ensuring a stable agricultural income and improving the living standards of farmers manufacturers; d) gradual harmonization and integration of the agricultural sector into the European Union and global market.
