Abstract
This Law prescribes various measures aimed to offer concrete financial support for agriculture and rural development on the territory of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Rules provided by this Law are: effective models of financial support, resource distribution obligations, prioritization and the effective amount of funds, direct financial support principles for users, supervision and monitoring tasks, transitional and additional provisions, and other issues important for the implementation of the financial support in agriculture and rural context.
The Law is divided into XIII Chapters and 55 articles, including monitoring duties and offences and related penalties.
