Abstract
This Decision, based on the provisions of the Water Law of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, proclaims the adoption of the Water Management Plan for the water area of the Sava River for the period from the year 2022 until the year 2027. Federal Ministry of Agriculture, Water Management and Forestry and the Sava River Water Area Agency, are responsible for the publication of this Plan on their own official websites (full text of the Plan is attached to this publication). The Plan contains goals for achieving the good condition and ecological potential of water bodies, among listed goals related to water management and protection against harmful effects of water, goals for sustainable water use, and deadlines for achieving such stated goals.
