Decision on appointment of the Coordination body for monitoring the implementation of the Regulation on the management of packaging and packaging waste.

This Decision establishes the official Coordination body for monitoring over the implementation of the Regulation on the management of packaging and packaging waste of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina. This particular Coordination body consists of one representative for each of the following entities: Environmental Protection Fund of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina; Federal Administration for Inspection Affairs; Authorized operators of the packaging management system and packaging waste; Federal Ministry of Environment and Tourism. Tasks of this body are to monitor and coordinate all activities related to the implementation of the above mentioned Regulation and in particular: review of periodic and annual reports including financial component, authorized packaging system operators and packaging waste; review of periodic and annual reports of federal environmental inspections and market inspectors; review of the annual plan of dedicated expenditure funds of the Environmental Protection Fund of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, which should be agreed with the Federal Ministry for environment and tourism; establishment of a single record on packaging and packaging waste as part of the Register on plants and pollution of the Federal Ministry of Environment and Tourism.
