Decision banning the import into Bosnia and Herzegovina of certain consignments originating in the Republic of Guinea.

Abstract
This Decision, as in accordance with the provisions of article 21 of the Veterinary Law of Bosnia and Herzegovina, and in order to prevent the possible introduction of harmful substances and infectious animal diseases on the territory of Bosnia and Herzegovina, determines that the import of live animals and import of animal origin products deriving from the Republic of Guinea is now prohibited.
The prohibition object of this text, shall apply to all types of consignments of fishery products. This Decision further states (in article 2) that all costs, incurred for the purpose of application and enforcement of this trading ban, shall be paid by the related importer of interested fishery products.
