Decision on the establishment of the Administration of Bosnia and Herzegovina for plant health protection.

This Decision declares that, in order to protect the health of plants on the entire territory of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the Administration of Bosnia and Herzegovina for the Protection of Plant Health is established as an administrative organization within the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Relations.
The Administration performs several related tasks and has the following powers: creation of policy in the field of plant health; preparing legal regulations and performing other administrative tasks in the field of plant health and care for their implementation; regular monitoring of harmful organisms in cooperation with the competent bodies of other entities (including Brcko District); analysis and assessment of the health status of plants for the purpose of determining the occurrence and spread of harmful organisms in the country and abroad; coordination with the competent bodies; and other, see point III of this Decision for full list.
