Decision supplementing the Decision on veterinary certificate on the health status of animals and consignments of animal origin in domestic and international traffic.

This Decision amends certain provisions part of the Decision on veterinary certificate on the health status of animals and consignments of animal origin in domestic and international traffic (originally published in the Official Gazette 33/2003 and already amended in Gazettes 14/2004, 35/2005, 6/2015 and 45/2015). Changes are regarding the contents of article 2 (after point 8, a new point 9 is added: TRACES - electronic, internet-based, tool of the European Union for issuing veterinary and health certificates for the international trade of animals and products of animal origin in the European Union); article 18 (provisions regarding the export to the European Union and EFTA member countries of goods for which a certificate is harmonized at the level of the European Union, the certificate shall be issued electronically via TRACES); article 22 (after paragraph 3, a new paragraph 4 is added: "If the certificate is issued in accordance with the provisions of Article 18, paragraph 2 of this Decision, the dry seal from paragraph 1 of this article shall not be used").
