Abstract
This Decision defines the following: form of the health condition certificate of an animal or more animals of the same species, method of issuing, the process of change of ownership, and the loading/unloading and delivery to slaughterhouse procedures; forms of certificates accompanying consignments of products of animal origin intended for human consumption and certification forms for animal origin products intended for industrial use and animal waste substances (domestic traffic); content of the forms of international animal health certificate in International Trade.
