Abstract
This Decree amends several provisions part of the Decree on the conditions for discharging wastewater into the environment and public sewerage systems. (originally published in the Official Gazette of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina 26/2020 and already amended in the Gazette 96/2020). Changes are regarding provisions regulating issues of technical aspects of discharged waters (article 26); added article 26a (additional technical provisions); also Annex 2 is replaced with a new one (administrative reporting forms).
