Abstract
This Decree determines: the conditions for collection, municipal wastewater treatment and discharge; conditions for the treatment and discharge of technological wastewater into the environment or public sewerage systems; waste emission limit values water when discharged into the environment or public systems sewerage; deadlines for reaching limit values, and wastewater monitoring and testing. Organizing and implementing protection measures and activities, as here prescribed, are aimed to achieve the protection of the environment from the harmful effects or effects of pollution caused by communal and technological wastewater on the territory if the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
The Annex is also part of this publication (complete technical indications lists, parameters and list of different types of emission values).
