Decree on the amount and manner of collection of fees for issuing certificates and certificates of veterinary health correctness.

This Decree, based on the provisions of the Veterinary Law (Republika Srpska), determines the amount and sets the manner of collection of fees for issuance of certificates of veterinary health and correctness. Owner of animals, raw materials, food and products of animal origin, animal feed and by-products, will bear related costs set up by official control of engaged veterinary inspectors. These collected funds in the amount of 50% shall be paid to the account of the budget of the Republika Srpska, and the other 50% will be paid as direct income of organizations or bodies where engaged veterinary inspectors or authorized veterinarians are employed (city, municipality, authorized veterinary organization) and shall be used for related works of such veterinary inspectors (taking and analyzing samples of animals and products of animal origin and implementation of animal health measures).
