Abstract
This Decree sets the official introduction of the compensation fee as regards the plastic bags which if dumped, are to be considered as harmful to the environment (polyethylene bags with or without specific decomposition additives and if thinner than the measure indicated in the article 2).
This text sets the terms and rules governing the above mentioned extra fees, including the calculation and payment methods; obligations of those here identified as taxpayers (article 3); necessary data keeping and reporting issues; inspection supervision provisions (article 7); and offences and related penalties (article 8).
