Abstract
This Law establishes the Environmental Protection Fund of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, by defining its structure, organization, administration, necessary acquisitions and management, including concrete financial assets and operations of the Fund, sources and additional cantonal provisions and rules.
The Fund is a financial organization, a registered legal entity, with a principal activity of collection and distribution of funds for environmental protection on a national scale.
The Law is divided into IX Chapters and 46 articles, including the offences and related penalties.

This Law enters into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
