Decree on types of charges and criteria for calculation of charges for air pollutants.

This Decree, based on the provisions of the Federal Law on environmental protection fund, determines the types of compensation for air pollutants, here divided in relation to their type (air pollutants that derive from technological processes, industrial plants, devices and facilities which emit SO2, NO2 and particulate matter-dust), quantity and origin of such emissions. This text also set the obligations of taxpayers, calculation criteria for such fees, including possible corrective incentive coefficients.
