Abstract
This Decree sets out the responsible persons and involved participants as regards the creation, maintenance and use of the unified national waste management information system.
Article 3 defines the list of participants; article 4 list their roles and related duties; organizational rules are laid down in article 5; general system maintenance issues, contents and structure of this type of information system, including its particular data contents are determined in articles 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10.
