Law on agricultural cooperatives (Republic of Srpska).

This Law regulates the establishment of agricultural cooperatives (dealing with crop, fruit, wine, livestock, beekeeping and other), defining their concrete duties, obligations and activities, further defining the physical headquarters and related administrative requirements, acquisition and loss of status of cooperatives, cooperative management, assets and termination of cooperative, including rules defining the cooperative audit, as well as other issues of importance for the functioning of the agricultural cooperatives (on the territory of the Republic of Srpska, autonomous district of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina).
The Law is divided into XII Chapters and 82 articles, including the offences and penalties.
