This Law amends certain provisions part of the Law on agricultural cooperatives (Official Gazette 73/2008).
Major changes are related to the general terms and definitions; classification of activities to be considered under this Law; fiscal obligations (cooperative and physical person); and specific land tenure, land ownership provisions.
