Law amending and supplementing the Forest Law.

This Law amends several parts of the Forest Law (originally published in Official Gazette of the Republika Srpska 75/2008, and already amended in the Gazette 60/2013). Changes are regarding the contents of article 8 (meaning of terms, general definitions), article 30 (forest works), articles 32, 34 and 37 (management of public forests), articles 42, 43 and 44 (preservation and protection of forests and forest land), article 65 (forest guard provisions), article 72 (forest use provisions), article 84 (forest infrastructure), articles 89, 92 and 95(special purpose funds for forests), articles 101 and 102 (offences and penalties), and article 104 (transitional provisions-forest land borders).
